Okay, I am now officially a blogger. I have started "joshonamission" because my name is Josh and I am preparing to become a missionary. This blog will allow me to share my adventures with my family and friends back home, as well as those scattered around the world on their own adventures. It will also allow me to keep in touch with everyone and provide a regular log of what is going on in my life. This is exciting!

Dear Josh,
You won't remember me, but I certainly remember you !! You showed up for my 50th birthday at Big Bone Baptist on a Sunday morning...(Most enthusiasm I've seen at Big Bone in the 18 years I've been their pastor.) Now I am enthused to hear from Dick and Patty Smith that you are a missionary to Our Lord in Mexico. I promise to pray for you as God lays you on my heart. When you come home, you have an open invitation to speak at Big Bone Baptist. I'm proud of you son !!! Pastor Michael Jones
